NTK Seminar 2023

Summer is a fantastic time to unwind and relax, but it is also a chance for students to get a head start and make these few months rewarding—to review and improve upon their academic accomplishments and get the new school year off to a good start!Summer is a short break from school but also the best time to prepare for your long-term goal of getting into your dream university! With over 27 years of experience, NTK has witnessed the success of our top scorers in undergraduate admissions. We understand that students and parents may have tons of questions when it comes to preparation of exams and university admissions. To answer your questions, we now invite you to attend our upcoming seminar on Navigating the International School Curricula (IGCSE, GCE AL, IBDP & AP®) and Mastering University Admissions (SAT® / ACT®).

Our seminar has two sessions which cover both examination preparation and university admissions. The first session is designed to help parents and students understand the structure and requirements of UK international exams such as IGCSE and GCE AL. Our speakers would examine the differences between the two examination systems and how they can impact university admissions in the UK. Tips for time management, organisation, and stress management during the exam period would be shared, followed by a Q&A session.

The second session will focus on the university admissions process for global universities. With a diversity of international school curricula and different requirements of top universities, it can be challenging for parents to opt for the most suitable one for their kids. Our Head of Education Consulting would give a comprehensive overview of SAT® and ACT® test format, content, and strategies for successful admissions. Preparing for university admissions could be tough but we are here to share tips on how to navigate the whole process and help you stand out from other applicants. Our Director of Education Consulting will uncover the myths about university admissions when students from different curricula are competing for the same programme.
